Fees

Bureta Physiotherapy is registered as a primary health provider; therefore, no doctor’s referral is required to lodge a claim to ACC. We can lodge your claim at the time of your initial consultation. All clients (ACC, Private, or Post-surgical) do not require a referral for treatment.

If, however, you have a referral from a GP or specialist, it is advisable to email this before or bring this with you on your first visit.

All consultations are based on 30- 60 mins appointments depending on the complexity of your condition and your preference.

Please be aware that we operate a cancellation policy for all appointments, as we require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations of appointments. See our FAQ page for more details.
 

ACC-COVERED INJURIES
If your injury is covered under ACC, please be aware there is a co-charge as ACC only partially fund physiotherapy.  Should, however, ACC not accept your claim, you will be liable for the costs in full.
First Visit:	$40 with Junior Physiotherapist  $55 with Senior Physiotherapist $105 1-hour supersession assessment  $70 with Jacinta (30 min appointment) $130 with Jacinta 1-Hour supersession assessment
Follow-Up Visits:	$35 per consultation with Junior Physiotherapist  $50 per consultation with Senior Physiotherapist  $90 1-Hour Supersession $65 with Jacinta (30min appointment) $115 with Jacinta 1-Hour supersession
There will also be additional charges for materials (e.g. strapping, acupuncture needles). A late cancellation fee of $45 (if we receive notification of your cancellation later than 24 hours before your appointment time)
PRIVATE VISITS
First Visit:	$90 with Junior Physiotherapist  $105 with Senior Physiotherapists  $185 1-Hour supersession assessment  $115 with Jacinta (30min appointment) $215 1-Hour supersession with Jacinta
Follow-Up Visits:	$70 per consultation with Junior Physiotherapist  $90 per consultation with Senior Physiotherapist  $140 1-Hour supersession $95 with Jacinta (30min appointment) $180 with Jacinta 1-Hour supersession

VESTIBULAR, TMJ (JAW PAIN) & BREATHING ASSESSMENTS
First Visit:	PRIVATE $185 1-Hour consultation  ACC $105 1-Hour consultation
Follow-Up Visits:	PRIVATE $100 per 30 minute consultation ACC $50 per 30 minute consultation
Plus any charges for materials (as above). A late cancellation fee of $45 (if we receive notification of your cancellation later than 24 hours before your appointment time)

 

PELVIC FLOOR CONSULTATION
First Visit:	PRIVATE $185 1-Hour Private consultation  ACC $80 1 Hour ACC consultation
Follow-Up Visits:	PRIVATE $125 per 30-minute Private consultation $150 Per 1 Hour Private consultation ACC $55 per 30 minute ACC consultation $80 per 1-Hour ACC consultation

MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS

Pilates / Circuit	$18 per class - Casual $150 membership - 10 classes (6-month expiry) $130 membership - Monthly
	Monthly membership – unlimited classes for 1 month from time of purchase.
